1. About Tipsora

Tipsora Inc. provides AI certification training, coaching, and professional education services. Tipsora is an authorized training partner for AICerts. Certain certification materials, exams, vouchers, digital badges, or LMS access may be provided by AICerts or other third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or enroll in our services unless a parent, guardian, school, or employer is responsible for the enrollment.

3. Courses and Certification

Course descriptions, durations, formats, prices, outcomes, and certification details are provided for informational purposes and may change. Completing a course does not guarantee that you will pass a certification exam, receive employment, earn a promotion, or achieve any specific salary or career outcome.

Certification exams, passing scores, exam rules, vouchers, digital badges, and credential requirements may be controlled by AICerts or another certification provider.

4. External LMS and Third-Party Platforms

Some services may require you to access an external LMS, AICerts platform, payment processor, video conferencing platform, scheduling tool, or other third-party service. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Tipsora is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policies, changes, or decisions.

5. Payments

You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout or in an accepted invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Prices may vary by course, format, promotion, cohort, coaching package, or corporate arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added where required.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Self-paced course purchases are non-refundable once LMS access, course materials, exam vouchers, or digital products have been issued.

Live instructor-led training may be rescheduled or canceled according to the terms stated at registration or in the applicable invoice. Coaching sessions may require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Tipsora may, at its discretion, offer credits, rescheduling, or refunds in limited circumstances. Exam vouchers, third-party fees, and digital certification access may be non-refundable once issued.

7. Coaching Services

Coaching may include career guidance, resume and LinkedIn review, project support, job search strategy, salary negotiation guidance, and AI learning support. Coaching does not guarantee employment, interviews, salary increases, promotions, or certification exam results.

8. Private Cohorts and Corporate Training

Private cohort terms, including dates, pricing, customization, number of participants, delivery format, cancellation terms, and payment schedule, will be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed corporate agreement, the signed agreement controls.

9. Intellectual Property

All Tipsora course content, website content, training materials, slides, videos, frameworks, text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by Tipsora or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use course materials only for your personal learning or internal business training, depending on your enrollment type. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, record, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

AICerts content, marks, exams, vouchers, credentials, and certification materials are owned or controlled by AICerts or its licensors.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your course login or LMS access with unauthorized users.
• Copy, record, distribute, or resell course materials.
• Interfere with the website, LMS, or course delivery.
• Use our services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, affiliation, or certification status.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, exam rules, or platform restrictions.

11. No Professional Advice

Our courses and coaching are for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, employment, accounting, cybersecurity, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for applying the information appropriately in your own business, career, or technical environment.

12. Career and Business Outcomes

Tipsora may discuss real-world enterprise experience, career development, salary negotiation, and business transformation. Any examples, testimonials, salary references, cost savings, or business outcomes are illustrative and do not guarantee your results.

13. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, pause, discontinue, or replace website content, courses, pricing, formats, instructors, schedules, features, or services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to honor paid enrollments or provide appropriate alternatives when changes materially affect delivery.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tipsora’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Tipsora for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
